How does Laser Vein Treatment work?

We use the Excel V Laser energy to heat broken capillaries on the face or spider/varicose veins on the legs, causing them to seal and close. The treated veins are then broken down by natural bodily processes, and blood flow is redirected to healthy veins. Most Individuals need just one or two laser treatments to eliminate broken capillaries on their face, but more sessions may be necessary for spider/varicose veins on the legs.

Will veins return after treatment?

Treated veins won’t come back, but new ones can appear — especially if you don’t take good care of your skin. Make sun protection a priority. Wear sunscreen daily (broad-spectrum, SPF 30+), seek shade while you’re outside and consider adding sun-protective clothing to your wardrobe. Be gentle with your face. Avoid popping pimples, harsh scrubbing and excessively hot water. Use products with mellow, soothing ingredients. What is Sclerotherapy?

Sclerotherapy is used to treat spider/varicose veins on the legs either instead of or in combination with laser, depending on the nature of your veins and the providers clinical judgment. Sclerotherapy is a solution that is injected painlessly directly into the vein in order to causes the vein walls to swell, stick together and seal shut, stopping the flow of blood.
