Aesthetics Training Program

Aesthetics Clinical Provider (MD, NP, PA or RN)


  • Active clinical license in the state of NJ
  • Minimum of two years of solid aesthetics employment experience (neuromodulators, fillers, lasers/devices, medical facials/peels, body, etc.)
  • A professional appearance along with a friendly and energetic demeanor
  • Live within 40 miles of Princeton, NJ


You will be expected to perform duties related to beautifying the skin and delivering an exceptional customer service experience to our valued clients. Understanding clinical needs and being able to educate on appropriate treatment options is fundamental to our culture. Responsibilities will range from administering Botox, dermal fillers and other injectables to performing laser therapies and light treatments (e.g. pigment correction, hair removal, vein therapy, skin tightening, etc.). Ability to perform services such as Coolsculpting, Emsculpt, chemical peels, Hydrafacials, microneedling, sclerotherapy and/or IV therapy is a plus.  This opportunity is part-time but growth potential is abundant for the right individual.

Aesthetics Administrator


  • Professional experience in administration, aesthetics, marketing and/or sales
  • Strong social skills (candidates must enjoy interacting with people and possess a friendly/energetic demeanor)
  • Strong organization skills
  • A professional appearance
  • Live within 40 miles of Princeton, NJ


  • Greeting and checking in clients
  • Taking pre/post treatment photos
  • Answering phones
  • Scheduling/confirming appointments and managing overall schedule
  • Providing overview on services/products
  • Processing consents and other paperwork
  • Facilitating experience between client and provider
  • Maintaining exam rooms and reception area
  • Collecting payments
  • Following up on prospective new clients
  • Stocking and turning over exam rooms between clients
